Tonalità di una canzone

tempo fa feci un topic chiedendo se una canzone avesse tonalità sol se incominciava in sol. mi avete detto che non è assolutamente detto e che anzi la tonalità all'interno di una canzone può variare. ora, la domanda che vi sto ponendo può essere un po' complessa. volevo sapere, per primo, un metodo sicuro per non sbagliare la tonalità di una canzone. sempre nel topic precedente mi avevano detto di seguire la parte cantata e trovare la tonica di questa parte cercando a nota singola in una corda. con le canzoni blues non mi viene poi così difficile, cerco la tonica nella quarta corda e da li poi faccio un po' di pentatonica minore in quella tonalità per vedere se effettivamente ci sta. ma ad esempio per le canzoni rock o metal? come faccio? prendiamo ad esempio una canzone famosissima del metallica, nothing else matters, a me sembra che la tonalità sia MI ma mi potrei anche sbagliare. ho usato lo stesso metodo che uso per le canzoni blues. una volta compresa la tonalità di una canzone vorrei capire come cambiarla, mi spiego meglio: se, prendendo sempre nothing else matters, è in MI come la faccio diventare in DO ad esempio o in qualsiasi altra tonalità? grazie in anticipo

Per trasportare la tonalità della canzone, una volta che conosci la tonalità, bastacostruire gli accordi che tiservono nella nuova tonalità.
Prendendo ad esempio proprio "Nothing Else Matters", la tonalità originale è di MI minore. Gli accordi della strofa sono: Mim, Re, Do, e Sol. Questi accordi, nella tonalità minore, sono quelli costruiti sul I, VI, VII e III grado (rispettivamente) della scala di Mi minore (che contiene le note MI - FA# - SOL - LA - SI - DO - RE). Per portare la tonalità a Do minore, prendo la scala di Do minore (che contiene le note: DO - RE - MIb - FA - SOL - LAb - SIb) e prendo i relativi accordi costruiti sulI, VI, VII e III grado ottenendo quindi: Dom, Sib , Lab e Mib.

quindi sostanzialmente mi stai dicendo che per la trasposizione degli accordi da una tonalità ad un altra prima di tutto devo:
1. capire la tonalità della canzone
2. vedere se è una tonalità maggiore o minore (come nel caso di Nothing Else Matters MI minore)
3. seguire la scala relativa maggiore o minore
4. vedere che gradi segue
5. usare gli stessi gradi nella tonalità desiderata
detto in maniera blanda, un copia e incolla. è giusto ciò che ho scritto?

Esatto. In altre parole sposti tutto del numero di semitoni che ti serve.
Se hai un banale giro di DO maggiore, che è formato dagli accordi DO, LAm, REm, SOL7 (accordi formati sul I, VI, II e V grado della scala di Do maggiore), e vuoi suonarlo in MIb, sposti tutto di 3 semitoni (lo spazio tra la Do e Mib) e ottieni: MIb, DOm, FAm, SIb7 (accordi formati su I, VI, II e V grado della scala di Mib maggiore).
